hi. im looking to purchase a one bed apt on terrazas could any one please give me an idea of how much they are, many thanks

I think fees vary dependent on block and size.  We have a two bed penthouse style on phase 12 and pay around €83 per month for 2015. 

It's payables quarterly so just shy of €250 per quarter.  I suspect a one bed will be cheaper.

Wow! Yours sounds very cheap! We have a 2 bed ground floor and pay around €125/mon.

It also based on sq meter of your apartment including outside.  Yours is ground floor and Tins mid floor

Ours is 1st floor 2671c our fees of the top of my head are around 335 euros per quawter.
