Does anyone know whats going on with Sparkleclean ? Not sure what to do

You will get an email from both Nikki & Craig individually

You can then form your own opinion as to what to do next as we have done

I am trying to find flights out of Birmingham at the moment as I dont want to jump to any conclusions as to what to do next until I have been over there.

I do not see any reason for you to panic. All seems to be taken care of by both of them in their own way

That email was soooo weird! I really wonder what happened. As I am living too far to get to Condado at the moment I'll opt to follow her advice and let that Mike get my keys and carry on with the service. Hopefully he's trustworthy!!
 

Just got Craig's email now.. really don't know what to do..

Craigs email was weird, Seemed like a foreigner had written it.

I too have had an email from Craig & mine was clear and understanable. Maybe yours was the first & was rushed

I have just receved an email from a friend and fellow owner who also uses Sparkleclean

They are of the opinion that there may be some & in their words "scaremongery going on"

At this pont & having been more than satisfied with the service we received from Sparkleclean I am not going to take sides or make any rash choices at this moment.

I am looking to find flights to Murcia for early March & will then have the opportunity to speak to Craig & the person Nikki has recommened. At this point in time I am not choosing either. We have set in motion the care of our keys to our apartment & will keep it that way until I have made my final choice. My advice is for you all to do the same

I know you cannot all go over at the drop of a hat but maybe you can make telephone calls instead

Hi Jan,

I am of the same opinion but wouldn't expect Craig to use vacation instead of holiday for example. I'm just trying to make sure it was he who actually sent it.

I'll speak to Craig direct as that is the least he deserves and if it is business as uasual then I will continue to use them.

Yes I agree. I think you are right it`s better to speak to Craig direct.

I have already spoken to the guy Nikki suggested & have emailed Craig.

I guess Craig will be in undated with emails & calls over the next week or so

I still want to fly over to form my own opinion & unfortunately it looks as if I will have to fly into Alicante as I can’t find flights from Birmingham into San Javier. Good excuse for a quick break in the sun though.

Would like to know what came out of the telcon to the guy Nikki mentioned...
In general my intension is to continue the business relation with Sparkle (Craig)...

The only clear detail for me is that the money is gone - through what channel ever...

The whole story sounds extremely unprofessional...

I have come to a different conclusion  re the money but maybe I need to read Nikki`s email again

From what I can remember the company she has recommended will not be taking any fees from us, well at least not at the moment. As her email says if you choose to go elsewhere you will have to pay for new contracts

I think that the money thing is something I will need to clarify tomorrow with both companies

I hope to fly over on the 1st March until the 6th as this is the only gap we have in our calendar this year

This, I hope will give me the chance to speak to both companies & I will choose which way to go after that

Since making a comment on this thread I have received many requests from people who it appears have not yet recieved emails from Both Nikki or Craig or both asking for a copy

I am happy to PM those to you but hope that by tomorrow you will all have receieved something

As I have to work tomorrow morning, need to earn a crust to pa for all of my flights ha ha
