My mum who is over 80 is coming over to stay soon. Are there any good recommended travel insurance companies that you use for elderly visitors please as I need to get her insurance sorted out gir her. I will get her an ehic card.  Thanks

Always used SAGA for my Mum who of a similar age, however was always around the £100 mark for a week

Claire, compare the meerkats - about 20 quid for a week with no health issues.  You'll probably find the insurance providers a bit obscure, but most will be the on-line spin offs of the bigger companies.  Worth a look anyway.
