Morning all.Need some advice please.My brother is looking to moving to Spain full time.He is trying to establish as much information as he can regarding utility bills,taxes and pit falls to look out for.He is aware of the different fees in the various areas however he is looking for a basic start point.Your help would be much appreciated.
