Two favourable rulings in a week from Courts no 2 of Almería and no 9 of Alicante confirm that BBVA must respond for the lack of guarantees for funds received by HdT thrugh their account.
The first ruling confirms that Alicante Courts keep an unanimous opinion on this matter, and the second, the first we know in Almeria, adds a new jurisdiction favourable to that opinion.
We firmly believe that all these rulings from different jurisdictions are building a strong background of favourable resolutions for a better defense of buyers' rights.
