Thoughts on SADM progress so far

Just wondering what the majority of people think about your own situations so far, as it must be at least a year since the company came out of administration, are you happy to hang on for them to start the building process (when ever that may be), or are you taking some form of alternative action to reclaim your money?

We used Maria to claim against the banks using law 57/68.

Had our money back in our account within a year.

Dear Wakemans,

I like many others are caught up in the Sant Anna fiasco. I hve engaged with a U.K. company which has Spanish Solicitors, I have mentioned to them about the Generic Bank guarrantee route of obtaining our deposit back, but the Soliitor has the opinion that it is a risky and possibly a very expensive exercise.

Where as you seem to achieved it, in  a short period.  Any tiips or traps would be appreciated.
