Just wondering if anyone else has looked at or purchased on the newly released Naranjos 5 on Condado.
We are flying over at the weekend to take a look but the prices seem to vary depending on who you speak to. The 'list' price seems to be one thing but the actual price the bank (or whoever is selling) will take is another. Has anyone any experience of the best price available or knowledge of the best negotiation tactic.
Condado seems as though it would be a great place for our young family but at present the whole price of property in Spain and actually buying in Spain appears to be a minefield. We are keen not to let this put us off but want to try and get it right.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated !
