Hi folks,

We are on M14/12. Spoke to Vicky at Mercer's in Mazarron yesterday and she gave a date of April for the first handovers. 

Going out on Tuesday for a week, so hoping to have a look around.

On our last visit we were not allowed near the properties. Mercers tell me that we will not be allowed to enter the building this time either, even though it is finished. At best, hope to get some photo's.

Hi Pat & Trish,

We emailed Mercers (Vicky & Liz) the other week, and were told that GrupoMasa were ADAMANT that they would start the handover process by the end of this month!  Judging by many of the comments by other Forum members, both here and on MSN, the handover is obviously imminent, however, as many members will tell you, GM have never appeared to be the most reliable source of information, and as I have said in previous postings, completion dates (for us in any case) were always messages/forecasts by the Agents, and not GM.

However, handover is now very close, so a little patience will soon be rewarded, we're sure.

Yes, it sounds as if everything is moving at last.                  As long as I get through the gates, I will get some photo's and post  them here when I get back at the end of the month.

We are also going out to SG on Tuesday, we'll probably see you there!      Will we be fighting the security to get through the gate??!!

We are flying out on Tuesday evening, so will probably get to SG on Thursday. Fingers crossed that we don't have a problem with security.
