Class action claim accepted for consideration

 The class action claim filed by a group of Santa Ana del Monte's purchasers against the three banks who signed Generic Guarantee agreements to guarantee the refund of the deposits paid by purchasers to Herrada del Tollo has been accepted for consideration today by the First Instance Court nº 5 of Alicante. Now the Court is going to report the claim to the Banks and grant them 20 working days to file the defense.
