Just read on the Roda forum that Housing has given notice of their resignation effective 30 Nov.

I am an owner at Roda Golf and recently I heard a rumour that Housing had also resigned from Corvera.

Can any owner at Corvera tell me if this is true?

Housing are still meeting with and dealing with the queries of owners on Corvera and owners have not been advised of any changes to the adminstrator which they would be oblighed to do through an EGM or AGM

There have been some staff changes with some people now not working there

Not entirely the case Roy.

Roda Owners were all advised by letter and email of the resignation of Housing on 30th November and replacement by Resortalia on an interim basis to be approved at this years various AGMs

What hugh_man says is correct.  Roda Golf owners were notified by letter/email of Housing's resignation but unfortunately our Presidents will not give the owners an explanation as to why Housing resigned. They claim legal advice stops them from doing so.

The Entidad AGM / Phase AGMs should prove to be very lively !!!
