The Entidad President has said that she won’t give any explanation of events surrounding the so called resignation of the previous Administration. It’s unbelievable that a person who is responsible for the management of our community is refusing to answer the most basic of questions from owners.
Owners have rights. We are entitled to a full explanation of the facts. We have hit a brick wall with our Entidad President and it is clear that she is withholding information from us. I agree with Pommer's earlier posting, that we should be questioning our individual Phase Presidents. Ask them for the truth, if indeed they are aware of the full story.
The AGMs are fast approaching. Anyone intending to send their Proxy vote to a President should consider where they stand on this matter. If you are happy with this secrecy and for your President to continue to withhold information from you, then by all means give them your Proxy.
Something is clearly amiss at Roda and its time we got answers.
