Firstly are you aware of and if so able to avail yourself of the mortgage deals on offer at present on the Resort, something like 110% finance, 5 years interest free etc. I think this is only available on certain properties.

secondly, I used Fuster and associates in Los Alcazares as my solicitors, they offer good on going support on tax payments etc but I am sure you will get advice about others?
Utilities....
Electricity charges depend on how much you use of course ie aircon etc but on the whole if you budget €50 per month you wont be far out and these are collected every 2 months.
Water charges are minimal €10 to €15 Euros per month and collected every 2 ish months.
Community charges vary per property so again budget €90 per month. these are collected quarterly.
Taxes etc are about €200 per annum for a couple I think but not sure on that one.
Community charges are the same if you live here or not but it depends if you are going to live here, rent out etc on how much your utilitiy bills will be.
