Cost of Administrators

Does anyone know how much we pay Mileniun for their services, and how that cost is calculated

Is it a charge per property, per Jardin/Naranjos/Penthouse/Presidential area/something else

I'm not trying to stir things up here, just trying to get a meaningful comparison with what is going on at La Torre

I guess we have to take into account what services are provided etc. ML are probably spending x amount on trying to get the non payers to pay up so that will be a variable cost with La Torre and we all know the service provided can vary (remember the bad old days of RPM) lol

What i am trying to ask is are we making a fair comparison between the two resorts/companies/services provided.

I know you are not the type of guy to throw wild numbers around so can you confirm this.

The administration costs are a set price per property and there are guidelines set by the college of administrator in Murcia.  

So to draw a comparison between here and La Torre all that is needed is the price cost per property on each resort.

Peter if you or one of the presidents from LT ( Les Edwards for example ) email me privately we can discuss.

There's currently a bit of a kerfuffle at LT, and they've called an EGM for Saturday 26th to discus some important items

I've got an apartment at LT, and am president of one of the sub-communities, so will be attending the meeting

There have been a lot of numbers bandied about by various parties and I was just trying to get an idea of what we pay here at CdA

Hopefully, I'll bump into you in the bar on the Saturday night after the meeting and we can have a chat then
