Transfer name on deeds

Hi
I separated from my husband amicably 3 yes ago. I have always paid the Spanish mortgage before that and since the split myself and my 2 children have. He has agreed that he will sign anything to take his name off of the mortgage but I cannot afford lots of fees or how to go about it. I know he has a huge tax bill in uk he hasn't paid and I am worried that if I dint take him off soon if they were to bankrupt him they'll gorse me to sell. Can anyone help? I've had the property about 5, 6 years
