HI ,OUR LAST 3  PAYMENTS OF COMMUNITY FEES IN NARANJOS 7  HAVE BEEN 247.80 EUROS  260.85 EUROS AND 260.85 EUROS , CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE PAYMENTS HAVE INCREASED ? AS I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION  THE MORE PEOPLE THAT HAD BOUGHT IN YOUR COMMUNITY - GARDENS , THE FEES WOULD BE REDUCED.

 Fees went up from July.  The number of people in your garden does not effect the fees,  every apartment pays fees so the unsold ones will be paid for by the banks.
