Since we purchased off plan and completed back in Nov 2008 we have not looked backed, granted we havent got everything that we were hoping for in the way of the additional golf courses and shoping complex. However if you are serious about a purchase now, what you see if what you will be getting and its only improving year on year.
We have had no problems with anything including domestic service supplies, ie water and electrics, some people say its luck, what I would say is do your research, get a good solicitor based on recomendation, get a good bank and comunicate with Millenium Levante as they will be able to answer many question for you.
