Iberdrola

Has anyone else had money taken from their bank accounts for Iberdrola electricity bills?

We have not been in our apartment since May, yet they seem to be taking money every month even though all our power is turned off at the main board?

I have had money taken out, but I have been using my apartment. Would they not be taking money for connecting to the supply?

So far, bills have not been too bad.

No its not for the connection - I paid that in April or May - we stayed for 2 weeks holiday at the beginning of May, and since then I have had 2 bills.

Sorry I cant help much on this. When I got first bill online I forwarded it to my solicitor in Spain who contacted Iberdrola and set up payment. If you have retained solicitor services could you contact them and get them to take this up with Iberdrola? Iberdrola have a website that is in English, but not sure if it will be much help. www.iberdrola.com.

Hi I looking to change my iberdrola green tariff that the builder put us on to a cheaper option only use as a holiday home so all electrical appliances turned off when we leave, only pool pump has to stay on, does anybody have a tariff that's reasonable any information would be great. House used maybe 3-4 weeks a year
