Water, water everywhere.

I have noticed water containers tied to the railings on several corners on C/ Albaricoque and wonder why. Are they empties left out for the water equivalent of the door step milkman ? . . . . .  Is it a secret sign for a gathering of Aquarians ? . . . . . . I'm a Taurean - what should I tie up outside my gate ?   I'm new here - any info. welcome.

Believe it is a canine keep off sign, either that or people are stocking up for their own private pools!

When local councils back in the U.K. started erecting dog mess bins some clown wondered how dogs were going to be trained to climb up and use them.  I now look forward to telling visiting grandchildren the dogs here are expected to wee directly into the bottles.

i think that taray was so fed up at the moaning about the pool fees in his wisdom he has gave you water to cool the situation down, and to use if you want to boycott the pool at least in his mind you will be able to have something splashing over you while he is losing revenue?
