I am new to the forum so forgive me for asking questions which have already been asked and commented on.

I am a phase 1/2 depositor who has not completed. I am slowly being conviced that I will now move on and complete. I am retired and do not want all this uncertainty about who is going to sue and so on . Solicitors acting for me are of the opinion that those who have not completed have a good case but are not convinced that the Murcia courts will agree..

Corvera have offered alternative slightly cheaper properties which may be of interest. My solicitor has suggested that a bargain could be negotiated to include white goods and furniture.

Anyone in a similar postion who has negotiated a deal ?

I do actually live now and work onsite and believe that I have been able to help a large number of people

PLEASE ADD YOUR SUPPORT , FOR OUR FACEBOOK CAMPAIGN SAVE CORVERA COMPLETOR's  WEB  PETITION " IS REQUIRED AGAINST RODA GOLF /CALIDONA ILEGAL CONTINUED ASSET STRIPPING

Having just returned from Corvera on Tuesday 14 June . The web site does NOT say that the Golf course is CLOSED, All the Corvera Golf Buggies have been taken away to RODA.  Staff have been sacked, or moved to RODA as usual . I stayed last week in my fully paid up & furnished  apartment & despite the Storm Damage ( all over the Course ) I saw no maintenance works in progress or machinery to repair or anybody trying to fix the Storm damaged caused generally on site ?

As usual the RODA camp has stripped Corvera of all assets, machinery & staff , sold or moved or sacked by camp RODA ?

Calidona  say that They are all separate BUNCH of CORVERA & RODA companies, Over Which we have NO CONTROL ,  BUT yet still continue to Asset Strip without Informing COMPLETED  OWNERS or Non Completed  Owners. This is a breach of our contract for completed owners?  How are we able to Rent our Properties to Golfers if the GOLF COURSE IS CLOSED ?

REFINANCE POSSIBILITIES I was  told  that there are 7 Banks involved but all need to agree to REFUND Corvera & the new road link works to the Airport as agreed with the planning permission stage. The 7 Banks have NO TRUST IN EACH OTHER & so nothing will happen?

We need some Corvera Clients feed back to  Launch a WEB SITE PETITION ON FACEBOOK ?

THIS MAY ADD SOME PUBLICITY TO OUR " SAVE CORVEA " CAUSE.

PLEASE SEND TO OTHERS WE NEED ALL MAXIMUM SUPPORT TO SAVE CORVERA GOLF

Full Corvera Completor October 2009

Hi Brunel,

I guess Desoeos post below gives you an indication of just how bad things are and i assume it could get worse. Given that you say you are retired and that you probably were looking forward to spending a considerable amount of your time enjoying your apartment in Spain then getting on with it and purchasing a property is probably the best way forward for you. However given that it appears Calidona are putting all development and investment in Corvera on ice then maybe you should look at doing a swap onto Roda. I believe it has been done by others already and at least you are getting onto a development that is established with more facilities and with less chance of failing.

Its not an ideal solution of course and i am not saying that Roda hasnt got its share of problems as well ( see roda thread) but i assume at this time given what is occuring that its the lesser of two evils. This is just my humble opinion and no doubt you will have other suggestions, which is the beauty of this forum!!

either way i wish you the best of luck and hope you get to enjoy your well earned retirement!

p.s Simongolf, does that count as 91 "negative" posts??

Yes things look bad. Please will someone post when they see things being taken out of the offices eg computers, desks and chairs?
