Went to the Ingofersa office in Garrucha last monday (9th of May) spoke to Patricia, asked her what the situation was regarding getting our money back , she said he was not able to give us our money back at the moment but offered me another property which i declined. She said the same old story that they have won all the court cases and now waiting for the courts to finalise them. She said they were hoping to get it sorted as she put it the third month before 2012 ,and he wants to get it all sorted out . I said it was disgusting how we have been treated and left with no info. on what was happening she said they were not on the internet at the moment but they could have mailed us every month or so.
