I know this 2 bed apt in bloque 9 has just become available as I´ve just moved out!

the landlords are spanish but easy to get along with and lovely people although they don´t speak much english.

the apt is also sky tv ready as gemsat connected everything 3 months ago for me.

Good to hear. I didn´t see your car anymore and then the rental sign went up again so i assumed you were gone. Was in and out the country for a few months so I thought I just missed your departure. Good to hear that you improved on the view (and the rent!). We now have a few apartments in block five of both phase I and phase II and the unspoilt seaview is indeed great to have. Congratulations!

Just thought I would bump this as the apartment is now available.

I know there are many available in the complex but I'm not sure whether long term ones are plentiful.
