Murcia Flights and Stuff

Hi Everone,

Stella & I were hoping to go over in March, but Mr. O`Leary, (or anyone else for that matter) doesn`t appear to be flying Birmingham to Murcia unti April, we did ask Sean & his brother to `have a word` and I thought it would all now be sorted but sadly the about turn hasn`t hit their website yet, I pressume you did `sort it` Sean!!

Joking apart has anyone got any ideas or alternative airlines I may have missed, Alicanti appears to be the only other, do-able option, also can anyone recommend a decent (cheap) car hire company.

Hi Roger,

Keep checking the Ryanair site. Last week the flights from Liverpool started on 1st April but in the last few days, I've noticed they have released flights from 1st March and they are very cheap with no taxes so we will probably book for the beginning of March. Mr. O'Leary has probably realised just how much money he has lost by taking the flights off so he might start putting them back on at other airports too. Hope you get sorted.

Just checked the site and there are now flights listed from the 24th March, so as you say things may be changing, any news on the new airport which was scheduled to open next year btw.

Whether it will prove a better option than Murcia remains to be seen I suppose.

Have heard that Disney are building a theme park in Murcia, would imagine it will be on the same scale as Paris. Don't know if that will make any difference to the flights but I would assume the price of them will start to go up considerably!!

its not disney its paramount studios on land once owned by polaris ,world probably  30 mins from san juan if it ever gets built ,it would be great for rents but its probably 3 yrs away .
