Although we dont live there we do have a couple of clients there and the development is very nice and have not heard of any problems from them with their properties.
How rentals go on there I couldnt say but our clients were happy with the summer just gone and they had rentals through the usual months of June, July, August and now one has Xmas booked. The rental rates obviously depend on what type of property your friend is buying but to give you a rough idea for a 2 bed it could be between GBP225 to GBP350 pw and rising to GBP300 to GBP500 for a penthouse but these are just based on a average. Also of course how and where the property is advertised is a big factor.
