Aquagest Invoices Online

Please can anyone tell me if it is possible to access the Aquagest water invoices online and if so, how to go about it ? I have looked on their website, but cannot see how or where to do so.

Hi Les Yes it is possible but it is not easy the best way forward is to phone them and ask to speak to someone who speaks english unless you speak Spanish and ask them to talk you though it. Hope this helps

Hi Mo, spoke to a Spanish gentleman today (called Paul), but he was unable to help and said he has not been shown how to do it. Would you know if there is a specific area on the website which you have to visit to register ?

The last time I asked Aquagest for online access they said it wasn't available - that was about 6 months ago though.

haven't even been able to get them to send me bills electronically yet but they will send to a correspondence address if you don't live at Roda.

I think we are getting somewhere, Justin posted a reply on the general forum, giving a link to the Aquagest online portal (click on this link https://www.aguasonline.es/AquagestLevante/OfVirtual/home.aspx?idioma=SPA ). You then need to register and click on the right where it says "Bill Pay not debit". However I have tried to register, entering my NIE and Contract number, but it keep saying there is a problem.

If anyone can get registered, please let me know

Hi everyone

Just tried to register and I also can't. BUT I think I might have sussed the problem. The website you go to is Aquagest Levante which covers the Valencia region not Murcis so it doesn't recognise my Murcia contract number.

However, I have been able to register today with my Alicante contract! Can't see anything useful yet though so will look again tomorrow to see if the contract info has been attached to my account.

I've never been able to find a way to register  Aquagest Murcia.

Tried to find a way again tonight - and still can't find anything.
