Hi all

Does anyone have any information as to the whereabouts of Arriba Homes?It seems that they have gone awol !!! A friend of mine has his deposit with them for a property at SADM.Any infor would be appreciated....Thanks

SARC have been in communication with Arriba Homes solicitor on behalf of a member. Would you like to email the SARC hotmail account & we will do all we can to assist you and your friend?

In Spain at the moment but I am checking emails and meeting up with members etc.

I have an email address for them but for some reason it will not allow me to add it to this thread

send me a private email and I will forward it to you

we have received 29% of our deposit back from them which is not a lot but better than nothing

We have some information on Arriba Homes.

They had some bank guarantees for part of the deposits paid, but not for all.

Them cancelling the contracts and only refunding 29% when they have bank guarantees in place and they should get back 65% of the amounts not guaranteed, is a bit abusive.

Anyone in need of more information, please let us know.

Hi All,

SARC have been in contact with the Arriba Homes solicitor and have allready queried the issue of the 29% refund given to some of their clients. We have asked for their clients to be able to have the same opportunities as other SADM purchasers and to continue with their purchase if they so wish. This is ongoing and if there are any other Arriba Homes clients accessing this forum you are welcome to join SARC and increase the number of Arriba Home purchasers who we are trying to assist.
