I read with interest that the Presidents are trying to negotiate for the sports zone to be re-opened. I'm hoping that it does happen and that any problems caused by recent damage can be resolved so that the Banks will accept the Community taking over the lease.
Would this proposed take over also include the bar and the gym or just the courts? I know there have been previous suggestions that the gym could become a community room for meetings or could be hired out for parties but if the bar could be re-opened it would be really great (even if it was seasonal) Can I suggest that there should be a rack selling bread, milk and newspapers?
