Not been there for a bit, but our friends who also have a house there say that the development is benefiting from the unsold houses having been  reclaimed by the bank. The bank is coughing up community charge for their houses so we now have sun beds and a night-watchman apparently! Also, I think, a better fence has been put between the houses and the flats so they stay as a separate development. We get there week after next until Sept. Will report back on the rubbish dump!  Hope you are all well.

Im having a nightmare, latest tenants done a runner, no rent for June or seen any of the 500 euros they owe me for bills,  also spent 500 euros cleaning and fixing apt as they left it in a state, also need 2 new headboards and mattresses as they left them to rot in damp store room so there 3 cast could use a bedroom and wreck it. All that on top of having 3000 euros spent on apt due to heavy rains..

Im going out 21st - 26th Aug to check on everything..

The waste land has been totally dug up and smoothed out due to fires springing up due to hot weather, so hopefully looks much better, rumour was they building on it but not the case..
