We have found him to be very helpful in all the above and goes the extra mile should help be needed when youre stuck in England and canno't be there! ( i'm sure we have all if not most of us experience that one already!)

little footnote, we got back from Roda Tue eve, weather had been a bit off  for theh whole week cloudy with rain/drizzle, it was very cold in the evenings, the day we flew back glorious sunshine - can't you just beleive it!    lets hope the sun is back to stay whatever the weather in Spain it aint a bad as here!

I am using a company called Parasol Propert Management and they are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.    They keep an eye on my apartment for me and will clean, do the laundry even go shopping for you if you email them a list.  Don't know about you but have never found "welcome packs"  to contain what I want so this way Nancy will go any buy whatever  I want her too leave for me.  She even has a contact for electrical, building stuff and can also point you in the direction of soemwhere to buy some trendy furniture all at a reasonable price.  Their  e-mail address is parasol_property_management@hotmail.com.    If you have a problem getting in touch with them let me know and I will look out their mobile number. 

I also use Nancy at Parasol and find her very accomadating and agree that nothing is too much trouble for her.
