Dear Fellow Purchasers,

I come on when I can and read the posts that have been placed upon this forum & at times I despair at the misinformation that is spread.

I would like to let you know that , purchasers have been doing all they can to save their money and the purchaser group SARC, has been actively trying to help them. I realise that we are all annoyed and may wonder what to do and what is best way for us to get a postive out come from this mess. So I urge that rather than going around in circles reading the threads that you do your utmost to go to a meeting next weekend and find out first hand what is going on, what your choices care and then decide what you want to do.

The reality of the situation is that there is a economic crisis in the world, it has flared up again in Greece and any assets that HdT have would not make their listed value.  SARC have advice from a Spanish legal representative who specialises in the adminstration process & he has stated that if HdT is liquidated, then we will get very little if anything back.

So can please realise that our choices are very simple, we either save our money by accpeting the agreement or we kiss it goodbye by declining it.  It has no reall impact on hdT if they are liquidated but it realy does impact on us, so please think about what you do.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR HOUSE, SAVE SADM

If it has no impact upon Hdt then why are they so desperate for all to vote yes?

You'll not get that boys the world is in crisis and that includes Spain , the PM of my adopted country has said they will cut building by 20% so how does that leave the builders then, or sorry forgot SJ/HdT have already cut building by 50% so they should be OK

Hi All,

I am preplexed that some who have their money back still feel the need to try to lose those of us who have not our money.

As for the silly remarks,  I really do suggest that people stop going around in circles, making induendo and silly remarks and go to a meeting and ask questions etc directly of HdT.  What do you have to lose by going? You could actually find them usefull, as  a lot of your fellow purchasers have allready done so.

Please remember this is not about HdT but about saving ours & your money. A no vote only increases the chance of losing it all.

Sorry 'bout this folks but this knob doesn't seem to get the message.

Re:From the 'Reality ' thread:

Our tone wants everyone to waste more money attending a meeting chaired by these lying scumbags, spouting more drivel, telling those what they want to hear, delivering nothing but more misery!!!!

Misinformation has been your specialist subject, tone, from day one!

Remember to grow those balls.

But just my opinion, you gutless ****!

Regards to all except our mystic pr**k!

Jaquib,

I have nothing against you or any other purchaser & if you wish to carry on being furious with HdT and throw yourt money away that is your choice. However, attacking fellow purchasers in such an agressive way is neither warranted or acceptable behaviour. Yes you may be hacked off but that does not justify you remarks, which have no effect on me but demean you and all of the others who use this site

It is up to each purchaser to decide if they wish to go to a meeting & find out first hand what is going on .I support the right of all to go or not.

I have gone to meetings, I have identified myself & spoken to many purchasers, which I tend to feel disproves your claims concerning my backbone.

Truly wishing you well & hoping that it all turns out OK for you

Mystic,

'It is up to each purchaser to decide ' - your words not mine, so let people make their own mind and stop dictating.

The fact that you are now actually begging people to attend and vote yes reeks of pure desparation.

And I really do hope you get what's coming to you!

Jaquib,

It is sad that you can only be angry & so wrong in what you say. It can be clearly seen that not only am I not dictating but that I am also only suggesting people attend the meetings.  I posted:

" It is up to each purchaser to decide if they wish to go to a meeting & find out first hand what is going on .I support the right of all to go or not"

I donot know your personal circumstances nor the stress that you have been through but this has been an unpleasant experience for all of us. I have met & spoken to many people who are doing all they can to save their money, like myself and although I support yours & every ones right to their opinion, is right to take out your anger on fellow purchasers?

I still wish you all the best and that we all get a postive outcome from this but I suggest that you refrain from making remarks that  are unnecessary and unwarranted.

Jaquib

I have not been patronising to you but patient & tried to be reasonable to you.

I have wished you well & yet you are still abusive, I am sorry that you feel that others should suffer your anger, which is most inappropraite.

I still wish you well & do not wish to have discord with a fellow purchaser. I still hope it all turns out well for you.

Get real Tony  !

You are a patronising self righteous , misguided and gullible little fool . You do not have a moral leg to stand on in your fool hardy support of this bunch of crooks and self preserving criminals .They will face criminal proceedings . It is only  a matter of time .Perhaps their dancing monkey should be in the dock with them !!!!! What do you think Tony . Time will tell ,

If left to have it all your own way , you Almu et al will be no where to be seen when the sh*t hits the fan but the purchasers you have conned  will have agreed to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,  Shame on you !!!!!!!!!!!

JA,

You have your money & yet you still try to get HdT liquidated and is it not a shame that my being polite is being slagged off.

I think that your reference point for normal behaviour is a little out of whack.

I yet again suggest that rather than relying on a solicitor in Spain for information that people should go and get it first hand by going to the HdT meetings.

The point you seem to be missing Tony is that even if we go to a meeting and get this first hand information you speak of i and many others are unable to believe anything that we may be told by HDT. We may have been naive and gullible the first time around but we sure as hell are not going to make the same mistake again.

Hope this goes some way to explaining our aggresive attitude for which i make no excuses.

Ken.

Wrong again Tony-baloney I don't WANT them liquidated because they are a real good ,honest, considerate bunch !!!!!!! Can't believe you are on here begging folk to go and listen to more  Have you ever considered  and letting people make up their own minds using common sense and passed experience  Polite doesn't make up for stupid Tony-baloney  .

I never trusted a single word SJ or Almu ever told me and guess what Tony-baloney      I relied 100% on my solicitor and Ooohhhh look at me I am doing just fine now  Thank You

PS are you on some kind of commission or just a  brainwashed  idiot  ??????? what responsibility will you be taking for your actions if Almu et al let everyone down again ????????? Ooooohhh sorry I forgot purchasers will only have themselves to blame for not voting yes !!!!    SJ and Almu and SARC off the hook as usual and can blame anything rather than their own short comings .If it wasn't for all the good people tied up in this mess it would be truly laughable .Don't you dare  talk about shame Tony-baloney until you can come on here and place the blame fairly and squarely where it belongs !!!!!!!! and demand some real action to ensure everyone gets a BG immediately  or NO DEAL .Show some balls man if as you say you have Almus ear  then make it count !!!!!!!!!

Well said Ken,

They have NOT told the truth for the 4 years we have been involved with them, Why would they tell the truth now.

Actions speak louder than words, as the saying goes.

Less than 2 weeks and then the votes can be counted.

Whatever the results we must ensure we do not fight amongst ourselves as we are the victims.

Just like the general election we all have individual votes and these must be respected.

No we should not fight amongst ourselves .These crooks have cost us enough in heartache and misery already but I am sick to death of Tony perpetrating their lies .As I have said many times before  where SJ are concerned " the best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour !!!!!!! ,and we all know what that is ,lies  lies and more  damned lies .Good Luck all .
