The contact details has a form to fill in so someone can contact you straight away!  Ho-ray!!

However, the contact details has no address for the person or company responsible for the website of development. Very unlike Sungolf, surely, so who can it be? Can one you you "cleverer than me" chaps find out how owns this web address and where it was registered & setup?

My weekend has been made knowing that the Punta Perla site is still being marketed - it must therefore  mean that the PP site is still going strong and  therefore the balance sheet of Sungolf must be very stong now with all those cash deposits!

Is this justice though???.  Have they actually got their money back, or are they in the same position as I am?.  My lawyers won my case against Ocean View,  but the chance of getting my money back  is Zero, because the crooks at OVP salted it away long ago, and the hopeless regulation, crooked laws and slow justice system handed their escape from justice to them on a plate.

I really hope this case is different, because until a court win in Spain means you will get your money back, then it's not really justice at all, it's just a way for lawyers to say ''well we did our job''  and walk off quite alot richer,  while the ''winner?''  of the case is often left with nothing or at best a creditor??
