Midlands Meeting SECURITY.

To all owners who have made any contact regarding our forthcoming Midlands meeeting.

Unfortunately, one of the Corvera owners has posted on the Corvera OPEN FORUM the general location of our meeting.  We are re-assessing our next move.  

PLEASE, if you have made initial contact through PM and we have had e-mail contact, DO NOT disclose any information either on PM's to owners you are already in contact with or new contacts or certainly on open forum!!!!!

Hi  - i am purchasing on Phase 4a with completion due in May  this year (will probably be later than this)My contract clearly states that if they do not complete by May than then are in breach of Contract and i can get a full refund od all deposits's,I have had my Lawyer confirm that this,however i am very scepitical about the spanish law and would like to consider attending the meeting.Could you PM me the details if that is possible so i can see if i can arrange to attend.Is there a charge to attend to cover the costs ?

Roda have confirmed that a letter is due to be sent out next week to confirm the completion dates and to detail the builders Mortgage.They have confirmed it will be definately complete this SUMMER !!  (that could Aug/Sept)
