I have the PW box on La Torre and also have a subscription package from Surpris07 which costs €18 per month plus set up fee €100 and it works with the PW digibox. www.polaris-telecom.com/en/enlaces/tv.html shows current costs.
The Surpris channels change from time to time (based on reception quality I am told) but the current list:

If like me you are a sports nut the channels Sports 1 2& 3 are Sky Sports & essential!
You may have seen elsewhere that this package is not working properly. I contacted S07 this morning and was told that you must insure that your digibox is put in standby at least once a week. This is when a signal is sent to the digibox which updates channels and removes any which are no longer available.
The full list of current channels on PW digibox are as follows (channels 401 - 427 only with Surpris 07 subscription)
