Sports centre

it's urgently needed.How can you have a Resort where there are hardly any facilities.It was so nice to be able to pop in there for a drink.When we come over the clubhouse always seems to close so early.Our friend said it would cost at least €30,000 to refurbish.

The interior of the Spaniard Inn has been totally stripped out so i dont think it will be opening anytime soon.

Shame really as it was a good facility to have.

Thats very good news.Things seem to be moving along at last.Pity that the Spaniards Inn is closed.They might have all gone in there for a drink after training and attracted a few people.Someone we know wanted to rent it but they wanted too much money.

Surely it must dawn on them that it would be an asset to the Resort to have it reopened.

Any news on Hotel opening?

Good  to see the HDA sports centre has reduced it's prices, only a couple of euros per activity but at least it's a step in the right direction to encourage usage of the facilities.

Also FC Cartagena and Murcia both use the football pitch for training with the local TV channel 7 there on almost a daily basis.  All helps put the resort on the map. Home and abroad.
