Can anyone let me have the email address of Polaris to report a fault with our apartment, i had the address but i believe it is different now.

Don't hold your breath.  I have an appointment booked in with them for tomorrow (Thurs).  Since we were informed a few weeks ago that PW had suspended all repairs etc I have been trying to find out if the appointment will be honoured.  No matter how many times I have tried contacting Fernando at PW I have had no response.  I am not hopeful that the workers will turn up tomorrow.  I booked the appointment at the end of November and 4 Feb was given as the first available appointment at that time!

It would be interesting to hear if anyone else's appointments have been honoured.

I had appointment booked for today 3rd, to replace cracked tiles, never turned up, but my key holder did say they repaired some plaster, on another apartment, so will see if they arrive tomorrow.
