Sevillana Endesa

Does anyone have an email address for Sevillana Endesa ?  All of a sudden they are debiting two separate amounts each quarter and I ned to contact them.

Looking at our bill, there doesn't seem to be an address on there.  But there is a client service number 902 509 509 and also their website www.endesaonline.com.

But unfortunately their customer service number only deals in Spanish, (despite them advising that they will put you through to an English speaking operator and the web site impossibe to navigate

Hi Michael,

Did you get a response from Endesa.  We too have had lots of amounts taken.  We have tried the link below but we must be putting in something wrong because the form will not submit.  Think it is the letter/number part but it does not advise which bit is wrong.  I cannot get through by phone either.  Have been on for 15 minutes and not got through.  Am getting a little frustated now!  Just need to get through to someone there.

Hav also found the form impossible to submit.

Postmaster@endesa.es also does not work and as you say their customer phone line is a watse of time.

Very frustrating. Might try sending a recorded delivery to their head office.

Has anyone managed to make contact with them and get a response.
