who is the contact at AEA for faults/cracks?

Hi,

I want to email AEA re repairs and rope/electric cable hanging nearby.  If anyone has contact name for AEA it would be much appreciated.

Melisa Alem is always a reliable contact at AEA - melisa@aea-administracion.com - although you may need to contact Ros y Falcon about the cracks/repairs.  Unfortunately, I can't find their number at this moment, but I'm sure if you contact Melisa and explain what you require, she'll be able to help/point you in the right direction.  Or someone else may come on with the details.

Edited just to say that it is a national holiday here on Monday and Tuesday so don't expect a response from anyone official until Wednesday at the earliest!

We just went to Duq golden mile in port (sales office) and they sent out Angel the site manager with a team to repair the cracks.  They were great, replaced a light bulb and repaired a door lock and shower tap at same time though they were not guaranteed officialy.  Maria in the aftercare is useless at port though so we spoke to sales team in her absence and they sorted it.
