This is Julio from Atlantia.

My dad has told me to send an update regarding Mojon Hills.

We are not going out of business as rumours say. The resort is still being built and sold.

If anybody wants confirmation personally you can send a message on this site or call me on my mobile 646 514 278.

I am not going to talk about our cars and boats as discussed here. For your information the boats are my dads and not mine. The cars I have are my business. If people cant afford to complete on their property they should not have bought in the first place and not waste time complaining about me and Atlantia.

Any genuine concerns about the resort can be discussed with me by this site or my mobile.

You can call me during busines hours 10.00 til 2.00 and 5.00 til 7.00.

Julio Adams.

Atlantia Promiciones.

Julio

We have a villa on phase 3 and went on contract with the water company at the beginning of October.I don't know how many villas are metered yet but have been told that there is a master meter for the whole site and if the total water used by all the meters does not add up to the amount on the master meter then the difference must be shared by the metered villas. After two high direct debits the third one came in for 103  euros  when we haven't even been there! If your builders are using water from the site can you ask them to stop please.I know there  was a flooding in one of the villas.Could there be another leak?

I wouldnt bother waiting for a reply from Julio.

Hes certainly only posted a thread because Daddy told him to do something useful for a change.

Most likely one of the staff had to write it for him (no brains you see).

Julio doesnt give a f... about the residents, only himself and his ridiculous image.

You see he really is as people have said on this forum before - A STUPID SMUG TWAT.

Without Daddy's money he would be working at Mercadonas stacking shelves.

Tomas.

Dear all,

I suspect the person who's login is "JulioAtlantia" is not really Julio from Atlantia.

You may send an email to info@atlantia.info or pop into the sales office.

Cheers,

Oscar

Hi Oscar

Are you sure that is the correct e-mail address? Every e-mail I have sent to that address, and there has been many, has never received a single respose.

All the best

Hi Oscar,

I too have been emailing you for several months now regarding a damp wall in my lounge.  Can you please respond and tell me of your intentions!

I think we’re all very lucky that we have had our properties completed have a read about one of the largest builders and the trouble buyers are in

Property Developers

07/01/2010

POLARIS WORLD is currently experiencing financial issues and has sought the protection of the Spanish Insolvency Act. POLARIS WORLD, in a last attempt to avoid going bankrupt has asked the commercial courts to assist in securing more time to renegotiate its huge debts with the banks.

Developers, such as POLARIS WORLD, can take advantage of a recent modification of the Spanish Insolvency Act, which allows organisations to notify the banks the renegotiation of debts to avoid legal proceedings for bankruptcy by presenting a formal law suit where they notify their intention of applying for a voluntary insolvency proceedings beforehand. This can delay insolvency proceedings for four months meaning that the Board of Directors would not be personally liable for the Companies´ debts.

When a large developer such as POLARIS WORLD decides to involve the Courts it indicates the financial position of the company is poor, that it does not have enough cash to complete all its developments. In the long run it is likely it will eventually end up in 'voluntary insolvency'.

If POLARIS WORLD is declared bankrupt, this could potentially affect many English people who have invested their savings in a holiday home in and around Murcia, and who are still waiting for their property to be completed.

It is important these people must be made aware that the Spanish Insolvency Act requires any company which presents an insolvency proceeding to include all its subsidiaries, which in POLARIS WORLD's case includes a large number of companies which were created for each development:

-          EL VALLE GOLF RESORT, S.L.
-          POLARIS WORLD SPORTS CENTRE, S.L.
-          POLARIS DESARROLLO, S.L.
-          HACIENDA RIQUELME, S.L.
-          POLARIS WORLD DEVELOPMENT, S.L.
-          POLARIS WORLD ALQUILER DE MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL, S.L.
-          POLARIS WORLD HORMIGONES, S.L.
-          POLARIS WORLD REAL ESTATE, S.L.
-          HACIENDA VERDE, S.L.
-          NICKLAUS GOLF TRAIL, S.L.
-          MAR MENOR GOLF HOTEL, S.L.
-          LA TORRE POLARIS HOTEL, S.L.
-          CENTRO COMERCIAL EL OASIS DE ALHAMA, S.L.
-          POLARIS CIUDAD, S.L.
-          ALHAMA GOLF RESORT, S.L.

If you are a purchaser please review your contract to check whether your property is being developed by one of these companies.

This situation not only affects those who have purchased a property from POLARIS GROUP, it could also affect the other big developer in the Murcia area: CORVERA GOLF.

In these situations professional advice is essential in order to safeguard the money and the rights which could correspond to investors who have acquired a property from these financially unstable companies. Irwin Mitchell is currently assisting clients who are facing similar scenarios.

To avoid potential pitfalls; always seek legal advice.

this article, please note that the current list of companies is the correct one.
