Does anybody know  having had a property in spain and sold , does the will still stand for the next purchase.

The will determines your wishs on what you want done with your assets if you die and therefore so yes it applies to any property

One thing on a slightly different topic make sure that you have buildings and contents insurance in place form the day that you complete on your property as you are responisble for loss or damage from day 1
