Bank Guarantee Warning

Today is not so good!

Last week my  hopes were raised ref my bank guarantee but since giving more details to the new lawyer it seems things are complicated.

For anyone with a bank guarantee considering a transfer to another property do not do it! as your bank guarantee will then be void.

We transferred just 2 weeks before the administration, we did this because everything looked so positive for El Pinet at the time, San Jose declined to tell us about the administration and let us go ahead with the transfer knowing that we would then not have a legal bank guarantee, the decent thing would have been to tell us what was about to happen so that our money was secure but then when does San Jose ever do the decent thing as there is nothing decent about them.

12 couples made the same mistake and SJ let them move lock stock and barrel to Spain so far only Bob has got owt out of it still hoping though

Many thanks for sharing that info. It makes sense as it is like an insurance policy & it is on that property. Just like insurance companies they have small print & you have to be very careful to ensure you do not get caught out.

Nothing what so ever to do with the small print Tony .Just SJ being dishonest and misleading people  as usual  .Perhaps it is you who should be very careful Tony so you don't get caught out .Again !!!!!
