electric problem in block 7

after answering a complaint re: their sky television connection,

we found that our equiptment had suffered an electical problem,

the lift and door entry system must have also suffered

as they also today ceased to function.

the sky/freesat connection will be repaired forthwith to prevent lack of viewing.

my advice is that all key holders check on electrical equiptment in this block

hi satellite system is out of order at present in this block

after testing we found that power supply is only 110 volts

some of the other utilities may have the same problem supply ,......lift, and door entry system

until supply is resolved we can do nothing

Hi there Ken,

Our Lawyer spoke to Juan Santos on Friday. He said he knew there was a problem with sky but had not been made aware of the  other problems with voltage and lifts doors etc (!!!!) but he will now contact Endessa and also try to get a private electrician out. Our letting agent is keeping an eye on progress and will update me on Monday afternoon.
