Just got back from a week staying on Terrazas weather was fantastic sunny everyday 80 deg  plus rented a apartment and was really impressed with the place.Construction is going at quite a pace on phase 2 and phase 12 plus the old manor house and town centre with someof the penthouse blocks already being rendered.Builders and trucks comming in and out all day  even on the wedensday which was a bank holiday they where working.The golf course seems well advanced though not sure when it will be playable.Seemed to be some avtivity on the not started first part of phase 2 clearing ground  round the cranes  and trucks tipping stones so they could be next but don't quote me on that.Have posted a load of photos on flickr just click on link below

 Wow, can't believe how much it's come on since we were there in August!

Going back the end of November, so will take plenty of photo's to post on our return as it's great to get updates when you can't sit in the sun yourself!!

WOW - Great photos. thanks.  A lot has happened since we were over in July and it is great to see that they have actually started on the town centre.  We are just about to complete on a property in Phase 1 and hopefully coming across in November.  Can't wait.
