My name is Maria Pilar and I am the new vicepresident for Angel.
I thought I'd write a few words to keep you updated.
We had the AGM on the 5th August. It was agreed the following:
* that the owners that have parking and storages will have to pay community fees.
* to continue with the court procedures against the ones that are not paying community fees.
* also, a fine will be issued to the people that are not respecting the community rules (rubbish in common areas, etc). The owners will be responsible for the rentals.
This year will be concentrating in getting the debt back and also paying Miraflores and alsodo the gardens in block 1.
And the rest will be general maintenance that needs to be done.
Just to let you know also that I have been to the council in a few ocassions to report some issues.
Since then, we have 5 bins outside and the bins are picked up often. As you know, before the rubbish was on the floor...
There was also a terrible smell and we didn't know where it came from, only at night time. The council came at my home at 11 at night an they have taken some samples from the water in the golf course, from a compost factory, etc. and since then (about a week ago) it has stopped. I am waiting for the report to say officially what it was.
At the moment, we have lots of ideas but little money. If more people would pay, we could do so much better... We could only do things as we go during the year.
