Block 2 apartments

Hi everyone, can anybody tell me what is happening with this development.  I first put down a deposit in November 2006 with a promise it would be complete November 2007 (Sunset Estates).  I then heard from an independent solicitor that the development was due for completion March 2009 with a run on time of 4 months.  We are now in August and still haven't heard anything.

Has anyone else bought in block 1 or 2 apartments, if so can you tll me if you have heard anything.

I have uploaded photos of the blocks directly opposite the town houses, hopefully this gives you an idea of the state of play. Some are all but finished while others are maybe 70%
