there is a propsal to strike-off the co. Not sure if it is just due to late accounts or if someone has applied for this. I am sure they might like it to disappear. However, you can do a seach and find out if someone has applied for this. If you have an interest then you may wish to object to this/complain to Companies House to stop it disappering
