Building Progress

Hi All,

Can anyone update me on building progrees opposite M20. I have now been waiting for 13months for Hab Cert. I was told house was complete on May 2008 but still no Certificate. I suspect it is because it is on builders supply of water/elect.

Hi davysmith, that is the 6,000,000 dollar question, we have been waiting since March 07 when our house was completed on M11.  There doesn't seem to be any answers. Sorry.     M11

Hi we live in San Cayetano and have been for over a year we are still awaiting a hab' lic' and are still on builders supply.

Being on builders supply as nothing to do with not getting the licence as this is down to the town hall and you will not get a full supply until they have grated the Hab' Lic'
