We have a two bedroom apartment on Phase 1 and have decided to start letting it out.

Can anybody give me an indication of likely costs for cleaning, etc, and what is included (terracing, windows, etc) please?

For the last 6 months we have been long term renting ours but when we did holiday let it we were paying 75 euros.  It included thorough clean, including windows and terrace etc.  Sheets and towels laundered. An inventory check done for missing damaged items.
