GM Legal Experts

Hi all,

Can I ask if there is anyoe out there who has had any joy with GM Legal Experts? I'm now at the point of joinig up with the MAG and paying money but just wanted to know if there was any good news out there? 

i bought 12 properties from TH but i only took bank guarantees on 2 of the properties (with hindsight a foolish thing to do but i was offered further discount without the bank guarantees) and GM Legal got me the money refunded on the 2 properties. They are currently acting on my behalf and many others to get my money back on the other 10.

Pff001 can you help me i bought a penthouse apartment on trampolin hills i put down 20.000 pounds and now i can not get in touch with TH at all. I have a bank guarantee and my penthouse will not be built by the date stated in my contract so i want my money back but i have not got a clue where to start. Ive posted and faxed an letter stating i want my money back but have had no reply so i would appreciate some guidence as to where to go now i have not yet been over to spain to visit Th is this my next step any help or advice would be very greatfull as i see you have had success with your guaranteed properties

the first group of clients to make a claim against trampolin were in in court on thurs 2nd, does anyone know how this went?

Please be informed that the Administrator appointed by the court in the meeting of creditors has already issued his report regarding Trampolin financing status and his proposal for the outcome of the meeting. He proposes to liquidate trampolin and states that the transfer of lands and assest to the creditors / affecteds cannot be accepted because is forbidden by the law. Obviously the creditors have 10 days to appeal, but the target of the associations or platforms who intended to get lands transferred in their names seems very complicated now, and my opinion is that they have a long legal way to walk with low guarantees of success.
