Phase 4 -Snagging of Communal Areas.

Following last weeks Phase 4 community meeting and complaints about the erratic performance of garage entry gates and doors a gang of workmen has been hard at work on trying to resolve matters.

The newly planted roundabouts at the bottom of the site are looking well and the fountain and csacade which replacved the three heads has been in operation for several days running. A Spanish friend visiting the site for the first time commented on how attractive it was.

Thanks for the update on the  phase 4 community meeting its very positive news to hear Prienesur are starting to address the issues raised at the meeting.We look forward to our next trip out to Arenal Golf next month to view all the progress on phase 4 etc.We are very  pleased we stayed in and completed on our apartment even after all the delays,it makes it all worth while after hearing good progress is being made.
