community meeting minutes

Hi all, has anyone received the minutes from the community meeting. I understand they have been sent out in spanish for some weeks now, but not in English. Does anyone have a copy in spanish as i would translate it myself on google. Or does anyone know who to contact to get a copy  sent by email.

We are still waiting.  There were problems with the translation the last I heard.  Will catch up with when we go out for Witsen.

 Hi Vanessa and Sharron the translation should be straight forward really, unless they are trying to hide something,who is the administrator and the president, not related to the builder l hope, as what usually happens the first year. Pat.

Who are your adminstrators - ours are Gean World and I wondered if yours was the same.

Ours aren't very good and I'm looking for an English speaking alternative, particularly as most owners are English. I know we should learn the language, but I've just had our minutes which have been translated into English and they just don't make sense at all. I've asked for the Spanish version.

the water was off due to the electricity bill not being paid AGAIN - this happened at Christmas.

Its time to get things more organised and there is a meeting with the administrator on 2nd June.

Lets not let this happen again.

Hi, Got our community minutes in  engish to england this morning.  Seems all in order except i am sure the fees are more than was qouted in last last letter.

If anyone is going to the next meeting in june and gets a date for the next meeting after that can they post on the forum a. s.p the date so we can book a flight in time as i would realy like to be there. A week or so notice is not enough when you need to sort out work etc.

Does anyon else think they are ok.

Hi, we have received ours, they look OK but the fees for late payment  etc seem to be very  severe 300eurso etc!

Hi , It seems that we may of been charged for not paing febs payment so i have emailed the administrators as it seems we are all classed as being in debt. This is wrong as i have just got the the minutes and and the bank details in which to pay it. I am realy annoyed as have not been advised of the surcharge. How am i able to pay before and neither has anyone else by the looks of the debters.

People who attended the meeting should of been told and they could of blogged to warn us.

Hi All. no reply to my email as yet but managed to find the telephone for administrators ( spoke to Raul) who i told I am very annoyed with them for not letting us know sooner regarding the payment  for feb that we did not know about and as result of the surcharge of 20% for non payment. He has assured me the person will get back to me who deals with emails.

Why if they are dealing with our commuinity they did not send us a letter to inform us we had a payment in Feb asking us to set up a direst debit. I can only assume they thought people who attended would pass the info on. 

I suggest any one who is affected ( and it looks like a lot ) email them of give them a ring. the tel no is 96531205 they are called Pentagon . Raul speaks very good english.

Please can anyone message me who is attending so i can give my proxy  votes I can email them.

HI all,we have sent an E-mail re-community charges and the poor noticeabout the charges that we have recieved.awaiting reply so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for payments.Who do we send our Bank details to?   

Hi we have also just received the Bank details with the minutes, it does look as if we are all classed as being debtors but it does not give us an individual payment charge other than  the annual charges.  Can anyone explain why we are charged from 1/1/08-1/2/09 as we did not sign our purchase contract till the end of May 2008.

Hi all, just looking at the paperwork again.  Are we going to be charged as late payers as the fees are proposals on the Agenda for the meeting next week.  They are not agreed fees from the last meeting, so I think it looks like it has not even been agree yet.

Hi All,I was told by raul at the administrators that they would collect  Febs payment when i send them my bank details but to wait for a reply from my email ( which i never got). I have also messeged the solicitor Marie (off eyeon spain a)nd she said has it been agreed on the agenda. ( which it has not yet ) so i am waiting for her reply as it seems if it has not been agreed then we are not liable for the fee yet.

What we need is a  contact telephone no or email address for the president. If there is anyone out there attending the meetinmg can you please ask at the meeting and ask about the fee for those that were not aware of then because of the delay of the minutes in english. On the horizontal law they have to be done by 10 days and signed by the president , but i cant find out the time limiit of the minutes being sent out to owners. 

Its so frustrating we cannot be there as its to late to arrange work etc.  Anyone can have my proxy vote as well.

Hi All, I have had reply of marie and they cant charge the fee for non payment as yet as it has not been signed off yet.

No reply to my email from Pentegono and the telephone number i used yesterday now says the telephone number is not reconised. I feel now something fishy is afoot. I have sent another email to say i am not sending my bank detail till i have a reply.

Any one passed their details on yet.

Hi all, no we have not passed on our details yet. I sent an e mail to pentagon as last time have had no reply. I can't see how we are liable for late payment  charges when.  a) we were not informed and b) the charges are for discussion at the next meeting and not yet agreed!  Also we did not sign the contract for the property untill May 29th 2009 so why are we being charged from the 1/1/09?

I see that the community president Tritario Rodriguez Menarguez, is based at Palacios in Rojales there is a telephone number for him on their web site. 902215757

Hi All, I tried that number yesterday for our community president and again that telephone is not reconised. ( i think he is the builder ).  i have also found out our administrators were known under another name groupo mediterraneo whom lagojardin1 had a problem with.   I wish their was someone eles we could get in touch with ( any ideas ). At least they are choosing a new president and vice president at the next meeting.

Firstly thanks to all who are posting on this we are in Dublin and have not got the minutes or the direct debit details I have been waiting and if they had arrived I would have sent it off straight away. I am horrified to hear that I am now a Debtor I Tried ringing that phone number and it is not a valid number now apparently. Those Lucky People who have got the minutes have you been Informed that there is a Meeting in June. I would love to be there for it however we will not be over until Mid July for two weeks. Our proxy is available to anybody who is attending to use to improve Residents Interests.
