Hi

Has any owner on Roda Golf Resort received a request for the payment of the local IBI tax?

Or, has any owner visited San Javier town hall and made the payment without the tax bill being received?

I have been an owner on Phase 1 since January 2007 and  have never received any IBI tax request.

We purchased our apartment on Roda in September 2007 and have paid the local tax for the first time in December 2008.

The Solicitor we used when purchasing our apartment contacted us with the amount to be paid.

My solicitor only paid my 'Wealth and La Renta' taxes. last year.  He did not pay any IBI tax. 

To pay the la Renta tax he obtained the 'Valor Catastral' value from the original 'ESCRITURA' and not from an IBI statement. (This probably resulted in a higher tax figure.)

Has any other Roda Golf Resort owner paid an IBI tax?
